Yes. Each Tarangeeta textile is individually painted by hand. Small variations in colour, brushwork, and placement are part of the creative process and make every piece unique.

The overall design, colour story, and character will be consistent with the product photographs. Because every piece is painted by hand and screens display colours differently, slight variations are natural.

Each product page identifies its category and includes the available description, photographs, price, and stock status. Please contact us before ordering if you would like help choosing the right piece or understanding its dimensions.

Custom requests are welcome. Tell us about the colours, occasion, and style you have in mind through the Contact Us page. We will confirm what is possible, along with the price and expected completion time, before accepting the order.

Choose a product, select Add to cart or Pre-order, review your cart, and continue to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation after the order is placed.

All prices on the website are displayed in Indian rupees (₹).

The available payment option is shown during checkout. For direct bank transfer orders, please use the payment instructions provided and include your order number as the reference. The order will remain on hold until payment is confirmed.

Sign in and open My Account to see your orders and their latest status. We will also notify you by email when the order status changes.

Pre-order is available when a design is not currently in stock but can be created again. Since the work is done by hand, preparation takes longer than an in-stock order. We will share the expected timeline after reviewing your order.

Yes, orders can be placed for delivery within India. Enter the complete address and correct PIN code at checkout. The available shipping option and any applicable charge will be shown before you place the order.

Delivery time depends on whether the piece is in stock, made to order, or pre-ordered, as well as the destination. We will communicate the expected dispatch timeline after receiving the order and payment confirmation.

Handle the piece gently and store it clean and dry, away from direct sunlight. To protect the painted work, we recommend professional dry cleaning unless the care instructions supplied with your particular piece say otherwise. Do not soak, scrub, bleach, or iron directly over the painted area.

Please photograph the outer packaging and the item as soon as you notice the problem, keep all original packaging, and contact sales@tarangeeta.com promptly with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Please contact us with your order number before returning an item. Eligibility depends on the item’s condition and the nature of the order. Custom-made, altered, or specially commissioned pieces may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

We welcome international enquiries. Before placing an order, please contact sales@tarangeeta.com with the product and destination country so we can confirm delivery availability, cost, and an estimated timeline.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are normally the buyer’s responsibility and are not included unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
