Shipping

All Tarangeeta pieces are carefully handcrafted and prepared with care before dispatch. Once payment is confirmed, orders will be processed and shipped to the address provided with the order.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and destination. Customers will receive shipping updates after the order has been dispatched.

International shipping availability and cost vary by destination. International shipping is not included in the product or order total and will be confirmed separately before payment or fulfilment.

Important notes about handcrafted pieces

• Colours and patterns may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of each item.
• Minor variations are part of the uniqueness and beauty of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Returns & exchanges

As most items are handcrafted and made in limited quantities, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Tarangeeta within 3 days of delivery. To help us assist you quickly, include:

• Your order number and order details
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Please wait for instructions before returning an item.

Cancellation policy

Orders may only be cancelled before payment confirmation. Once payment has been confirmed and processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
